Steaming preserves much of the antioxidants in fresh vegetables (such as broccoli, green beans and spinach) - a great way to quickly and easily prepare a range of delicious, nutritious meals. The steamer has three separate baskets for different ingredients, a 500 ml container (max. capacity) and a 60-minute timer, so you can easily set the steamer while doing something else.

The steamer has a separate dishwasher-safe, BPA-free rice basket in which you can prepare fluffy rice to complement the dishes at the same time. So you don't have to go to the trouble of preparing the rice separately in a pot on the cooker.
